Yellow Barn Music Festival, Putney, Vermont performs American premiere of the Violin Sonata of Rudi Martinus van Dijk

The foundation is pleased to announce that the Violin Sonata of Rudi Martinus van Dijk will receive its American premiere on Thursday, July 25th, 2024 in Big Barn at the Yellow Barn Music Festival in Putney, Vermont with violinist Anthony Marwood and pianist Julian Chan.

The work received its World premiere in the United Kingdom in 1995 where it has also had subsequent performances including London’s Wigmore Hall, St. George’s Brandon Hill in Bristol, and the Peasmarsh Chamber Music Festival.
